ONI✦KATSU started in 2018 as a leisurely way for artist Oni to express & share their art online. After a lot of support from many artists and the pop culture community, Oni created their first enamel pin in 2019 & hasn’t looked on the back since.

ONI KATSU now runs an online store featuring many enamel pins, has the pleasure to sell in retail spaces across Australia and runs a monthly pin club. All the while attending local conventions $ markets

FAQs

Q: Are resale of pins allowed?
A: Of course they are! You paid for the product, its now your property. However please only sell them for the same or cheaper value to what I have in my store (not including the shipping fee). Some people try to make profit from my designs when they become sold out or retired. They try to make them “more exclusive” and then sell them at a hugely inflated price. Just because the designs cannot be brought anymore, does not give the ok for inflation on my products. I don’t feel right about this kind of thing and I’d appreciate not being put in that position!

Q: Can I use your design for promotion, coping, or recreating?
A:
No. Please do not copy, trace, heavily reference, use or advertise with my products as your own, no matter the level in which it is done. If you have enquiries regarding this, please contact me directly and we can discuss further options. contact.onikatsu@gmail.com

Q: Do you ship to my country?
A:
In most cases, the answer is yes! If you go through checkout, you will be able to find the designation country you want to ship to and it will show you the costs involved. If for some reason it’s not there, please contact me via email contact.onikatsu@gmail.com and include the relevant info! I’m happy to help you out and I can defiantly help work out a way to ship to any country.

Q: My order came incorrect, what can I do?
A: please contact me via email with your order number and photos of what you received! I will work to resolve any issues and make sure that the customer is left happy!

Q: Can I combine my Patreon rewards with store orders?
A: Yes! Please reach out to organise this. Each month, Patreon members receive a discount code for free shipping to combine their pin club orders and save on shipping fees!
